EVENT VENUE OVERVIEW
Our two acre event space is located in the heart of the Arts District in Downtown Los Angeles. This urban venue highlights a large industrial building, multiple outdoor areas full of lush greenery and sprawling gardens, a deck with a WWOO concrete outdoor kitchen featuring a wood fired pizza oven and a green egg BBQ and ample parking.
Potential site uses are large scale events, photo and film shoots, weddings, festivals, summits, pop-ups and corporate events.
Site fees vary and are based on venue usage, type of event and impact to the property. We do however have a $10,000 minimum for each event.
