DEPOSIT / NO REFUND POLICY

Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Deposit Policy:

Thank you for choosing our catering services. To ensure a smooth and reliable booking process, we have established a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit policy. This policy ensures that we can adequately allocate our resources and commit to providing you with the highest quality service.

1. Deposit Amount: A deposit of 50% of your invoice total is required to secure your booking. This amount will be communicated to you during the booking process and applied to your balance upon receipt. 

2. Non-Refundable: The deposit is non-refundable, meaning that it will not be returned to you in the event of cancellation, regardless of the reason. This is due to the fact that we reserve our resources exclusively for your event once the deposit is received.

3. Non-Transferable: The deposit is also non-transferable, meaning that it cannot be applied to another event or transferred to a different client. It is solely intended for the event for which it was initially submitted.

4. Confirmation of Booking: Your booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. We will provide you with a confirmation once the deposit is received.

5. Remaining Payment: The remaining balance for your catering services will be due one week before event date, which will be specified in your booking agreement. Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the services.

NO LEFTOVERS POLICY

At Homegrown Kitchen, our utmost priority is to ensure the health, safety, and satisfaction of our valued clients. To maintain the highest standards of food safety and to minimize liability issues, we have implemented a No Leftovers Policy. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding the handling and disposal of leftover food from events.

1. Fresh and Customized Catering:

   We strive to provide fresh, customized cuisine for every event, tailoring our menu to meet your specific needs and preferences. Our experienced chefs and culinary team prepare each dish with meticulous care, ensuring the highest quality and taste.

2. Portion Planning:

   To minimize food wastage and adhere to food safety regulations, we employ careful portion planning based on the number of guests attending the event. Our experienced staff will work closely with you to estimate the appropriate quantity of food required for your event, taking into consideration factors such as the duration, type of event, and guest preferences.

3. Safe Handling and Storage:

   Our professional servers and staff are trained in proper food handling and storage techniques to maintain optimal freshness and prevent any potential contamination. We adhere strictly to local health department guidelines and regulations to ensure the safety of our food from preparation to service.

4. No Take-Away or Doggy Bags:

   In order to maintain our commitment to food safety and minimize liability risks, we regretfully cannot allow any leftover food to be taken away from the event venue. This policy applies to all types of events we cater, regardless of size or location.

5. Donation Options:

   We understand the importance of minimizing food waste and supporting the community. If there happens to be excess food due to unforeseen circumstances, we will coordinate with local food banks or charitable organizations to donate the leftovers, provided that it meets stringent safety standards and regulations.
